We will contribute to the FA (Factory Automation) of Mitutoyo's three-dimensional measuring machines.
We will semi-automate the Mitutoyo three-dimensional measuring machine installed in the inspection room and on the line side. The three-dimensional measuring machine is mostly operated by dedicated personnel. We will create a part program that allows anyone to operate it with just a one-click action. Additionally, the measurement results will be automatically generated in the specified inspection sheet, and the inspection results for each lot will be automatically stored in a summary table, automating the entire process. We will accommodate any model of the three-dimensional measuring machine, regardless of the MCOSMOS version.
